RETURN POLICY
At YWT, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your product, we offer a straightforward return process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included).
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
- Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as personalized or final sale products, may not be eligible for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@ywt.world with your order details and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Shipping for Returns
- You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and restocking fees may apply for certain products.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for a different model or item, please follow the same return process. Once your return is received, we will issue a replacement or provide store credit if applicable.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@ywt.world, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
